Dorothy Blackwell

Dorothy specializes in interpretations of regional scenes in soft pastels and in oils. She is a member of the Nelson Fine Arts Gallery in Lexington, VA., the Market Gallery in Roanoke and Americas’ Arts Galleries in Gettysburg. Dorothy studied at Washington & Lee University with I-Hsiung Ju.
