Brothers,
First I would like to thank you and your chapters for all of your hard work and dedication in allowing the Eastern Province to have another successful year with our St. Jude initiative. As a province we once again surpassed our goal of raising more than $50,000 bringing our total to over $160,000. As a Fraternity we have raised over $1,000,000.

The kick off for this year initiative has officially begun. I want to pass on some important information and pertinent dates to allow us another successful year:

• September 9th – Updated documentation will be sent to chapters to implement their Sunday of Hope program
• October 31st – Chapters should identify a coordinator/chairman and email me (neil_hudgins@hotmail.com) their contact information so that I can personally assist with the program
• November 13th - 14th – (C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference) - St. Jude presentation/question and answer session. The Centennial Plaque will be re-opened for the first 100 brothers to donation $100.00.
• TBD – I.W.E. Taylor Banquet
• December 31st – Have a church secured/registered and a Sunday of Hope date scheduled
• January 8th – 10th – (National Founder’s Day/Philadelphia PA) – National Sunday of Hope Celebration
• March 9th – 13th – (Eastern Province Council Meeting/Cambridge MD) – Update on Sunday of Hope chapter results
• May 2011 – St. Jude celebration in Memphis Tenn. for top 10 churches
