The 2011 Province Council will be held March 9-13, 2011 at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort Spa and Marina at 100 Heron Boulevard, Cambridge, MD 21613, (410) 901-9301.

Registration Dates

The Eastern Province Council Planning Committee has extended the expiration date of the first early bird registration period. Please take due notice of the periods of registration and take advantage of the early registration benefit. There will not be any additional adjustment made to these dates.

September 15, 2010 - November 30, 2010:
--Collegiate $135
--Alumni $170

December 1, 2010 - December 31, 2010:
--Collegiate $155
--Alumni $200

January 1, 2011 - February 28, 2011:
--Collegiate $175
--Alumni $230

March 1, 2011 through Onsite:
--Collegiate $200
--Alumni $260

The Eastern Province registration form will need to be downloaded and sent to Brother David Felton, per instructions on the form. The deadline for hotel registration is February 11, 2011. However, it is recommended that you reserve your room(s) early.
