Kappa Scholarship Endowment Fund, Inc.™ (KSEF) Awards $116,000 in Scholarships

On June 5, 2007, The Kappa Scholarship Endowment Fund, Inc.™ (KSEF), the scholarship program of the Washington (DC) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., hosted by the American Federation Of Teachers (AFT) at its’ national headquarters, awarded $116,000 in scholarships to twenty-nine (29) graduating seniors from the District of Columbia Public High Schools.  Each award is in the amount of $4000 to be paid in $1000 annual installments during the four years that the recipient is in college. This year’s awards bring the totals to $740,000 to 385 recipients since the incorporation of KSEF in 1984.
