WASHINGTON, DC – A tiny African-American credit union seeks constitutional due process from the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) in a landmark lawsuit filed in the Federal District Court for Washington, DC. On August 3, 2010 the NCUA served a surprise liquidation order on Kappa Alpha Psi Federal Credit Union (KAPFCU).
