(Philadelphia, PA), January 2008 - Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. is proud to acknowledge the tenth anniversary of its Executive Director/COO, Richard Lee Snow.  Brother Snow began his career at International Headquarters on January 28, 1998 after spending all of his previous employment in the insurance industry.  Grand Polemarch, Dwayne M. Murray, Esquire released this official statement saying, “the members of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., proudly boasts that its Executive Director/COO is the best in all of Greekdom.  Leaders in other Greek-letter organizations often attest to the professionalism, efficiency and personality of Richard Lee Snow, who has been elevated to lofty positions in other organizations because of his achievements.  We honor him for his ten years of extraordinary service.”

According to Snow, “My ten years at IHQ have been a remarkable experience, one that I wouldn’t trade for anything.  In addition to the privilege of serving my beloved fraternity, I have had the opportunity to work with exceptional staff.  It has truly been a blessing.”  Under his leadership of the International Headquarters, the fraternity has seen a sizeable increase in corporate alliances and sponsorships, greater attention to meeting details and planning, and stronger relationships within the grassroots organizations arena.
